Terms & Conditions of Memberships, Ticket Purchases, Apparel Purchases and Attendance at Aus Womens Golf Events (AWGN).

Shipping

We're excited to offer you a variety of options to receive your items with convenience in mind!

While direct postage via the website is temporarily unavailable, you still have the opportunity to receive our exceptional pre-order items by either collecting them at our exciting events in your State, or conveniently pick them up from our VIC warehouse.

AWGN EVENTS come with a 100% refund guarantee, no matter your reason for cancelling. If you change your mind for any reason 7 days before your event booking, simply contact us and receive a refund to the value of your event ticket less a 5% booking and handling fee.

If your event has been rescheduled, we will provide you with a new date, and contact you as soon as we have confirmation and more information.

All AWGN tickets are issued subject to these terms and conditions of sale and entry. By purchasing tickets and/or attending any AGWN event(s) the purchaser and any attendee agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 

Events Series

By purchasing a ticket or registering for any event within this event series, you agree to the following terms:

  1. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, cancellation, or rescheduling of an event.

  2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event that an individual event within the series is canceled or rescheduled, the organizer may, at their discretion, offer a credit towards a future event or provide an option to transfer the ticket to another attendee.

  3. Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the event organizer at least 48 hours before the event's start time. The new attendee must provide their full name and contact details for registration purposes.

  4. Credits: If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organiser, you may be offered a credit towards a future event within the series. Credits must be used within 3 months from the date of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. Event Series Cancellation: In the event that the entire event series is canceled, the organiser may offer refunds or credits at their discretion.

  6. Exceptions: The no refund policy may be waived at the discretion of the event organiser in exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or natural disaster. Supporting documentation may be required.

By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event within the series, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no refund policy.

AWGN MEMBERSHIP is an annual subscription service. No renewal notices are sent at this time. Refunds of Memberships after the renewal payment will only be allowed at AWGN's sole discretion in circumstances of demonstrated hardship or events beyond your reasonable control. A refund fee of up to 15% of membership fee may apply.

Tickets

100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment must be made prior to the function/event to secure your registration.

All events are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.

Cancellations by AWGN

AWGN reserves the right to:

  • Cancel/alter scheduled dates for any AWGN events where minimum attendance numbers (8) are not reached.

  • Change the location of any AWGN event

  • Substitute speakers for any AWGN event.

In the event of an event being cancelled, AWGN will notify registered attendees via email, prior to the event date to offer an alternative event at an alternative date or to refund in full the event fee. If your payment is received after maximum numbers are reached, AWGN will contact you and a full refund will be made. 

Cancellations by Attendees

If you are unable to attend a booked event, a substitute attendee may be sent as a replacement (subject to approval). 

If you wish to cancel more than 7 working days before the start of the event we will refund the cost of the ticket minus 5% booking fee if minimum attendance numbers are not required. 

If you wish to cancel less than 6 working days before the start of the event, no ticket costs will be refunded. 

If you wish to cancel after the event has started, no ticket costs will be refunded.

All cancellations or postponements must be notified in writing to AWGN.

Once tickets are purchased and the attendance allocated to the event, in advance Purchaser requests for cancellations or refunds of Tickets prior to the event will only be allowed at AWGN's sole discretion in circumstances of demonstrated hardship or events beyond your reasonable control. 

Where an event requires a minimum attendance and the event has been scheduled on the basis of bookings, cancellations, regardless of the days notice given will not be allowed where the cancellation will result in attendees being less than the minimum attendance requirements. Tickets of the same value may be transferred to other members but may not be re-sold for profit (subject to approval). 

Non-attendance

Non-attendance of any event due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, or a transfer to another event.

Apparel and Accessories

AWGN always wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the item doesn't fit or you simply change your mind no problem, all items can be returned in new condition within 30 days from the invoice date.To be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange:

  • All items must be returned in new unworn condition.

  • Footwear must be returned in the original box and soles must be unmarked. Please do not put any tape or stamps on the shoe box.

  • All apparel must be returned unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached and in packaging.
